Deliverable

What is inside a property intelligence report.

Every report has the same five parts, whichever question it answers: the ranked set, the evidence, the reasoning, the territory summary, and the checks still open. 6 report types share that structure.

Sec. 01 — The artefact

This is the shape of what lands in your inbox.

Properties in priority order, the evidence that put each one there, and the checks still open. The example is fictional and labelled as such; the structure is not.

Sec. 02 — What arrives

Five parts, in every report, whatever the question was.

The report is the product, not a dashboard you have to learn. The limits sit inside it, next to the finding they apply to.

A ranked property set

Every property in the territory or portfolio you defined, ordered for the decision you named. Not a raw export sorted by parcel number.

The evidence behind each position

Roof, parcel, access, infrastructure, environmental and public-record context, attached to the property it moved.

Plain-language reasoning

A written reason for each priority that a sales lead, an engineer and a director can all read without a briefing.

A territory or portfolio summary

The pattern above the property level: where the density sits and which segment is worth the next quarter.

An open-checks list

The records, calls and site visits still required before anyone commits money. Named per property, not as a blanket disclaimer.
