Sec. 02 — Risk reversal
Before we start we write down what your 25 properties have to be, and you sign it off. Then we are held to it.
At least 20 of the 25 properties we deliver meet the criteria you signed off.
Within 10 business days of that sign-off, not of the first conversation.
We refund the $500 in full and you keep the report. There is nothing to claim.
It is a promise about our deliverable, not about your market — not owner interest, feasibility, permitting or revenue. Nobody can promise those honestly.
We build the territory: the boundary, the property profile, the source set, the first 100 reviewed properties and a pool of up to 500.
The first month that runs on that pipeline — the pool re-checked against changed sources, the next batch shaped by your feedback.
The initial term covers the Territory Monitor only. Renewal, notice and cancellation are set out in the written service agreement.
Sec. 03 — Larger programs
Multi-market and enterprise scopes are priced on territories, volume, delivery schedule and integrations. We publish the shape; the number comes from the scope.

Sec. 04 — Pricing questions
Scope, delivery dates and commercial terms are written into your proposal before you sign.

At $1,500 for 100 reviewed properties our side costs $15 each, and a list will always be cheaper per row. The question is what a row still costs you to open, verify, rank and write up.
An analyst evaluated that property against your criteria, placed it in the ranking, and recorded the evidence and the open checks behind its position. It is not a row copied out of a database.
Up to 500 properties tracked for changes in the underlying sources, of which 100 are reviewed in detail each month. It is a watch list, not a delivery count.
Yes — the full $500 comes off month one if you start a Territory Monitor within 30 days. That is a discount on continuing, not a refund.
None on the preview or the pilot, and none on the Territory Monitor after a completed pilot. Unusual jurisdictions, custom sources and integrations are quoted in writing first.
